I stink. I haven't switched my focus onto Etsy or abandoned you in any way, I just haven't been around anywhere in the past month. It's officially been a month and 2 days since I wrote anything in a journal, and I DO remember my promise to feature people every week since I had the subscription. Obviously I missed a few weeks... but my life has been a mess so does that make up for it?

:P...

I bought a ticket to San Francisco for the 23rd, so that's where I'll be until late July. I'm so excited--and I promise to keep in touch with journals and looots of photos. I assure you that if I'm not writing journals, then at least I'll be taking a million pictures in the city & at the beach & ... wherever we're going.

This will be the first time I'll be seeing my boyfriend in a year, which is the main reason for all my excitement. It's going to be great! The whole plan was originally a sneaky plan hatched by his sister, his mom and I, but it all got kind of screwed up and now he knows--but oh well!!

So now I guess you're thinking 'hall3r, this HARDLY sounds like a mess. sounds like you've been out being excited and celebrating all month, leaving us to die!' Nooo... I haven't. I've been fighting with my mom every step of the way to get to SF, and thankfully there's only 4 more days left of verbal abuse and passive-aggressive mean-ness on her part... ok that sounds a little worse than it is--I am not consistently yelled at, but when it comes up or I start packing words begin to fly...

Another story for another time.

Okie that's it. I just wanted to let you know where I've been--features coming back this Sunday!

p.s. I'm not feeling "optimistic," the icons won't load and let me pick a new one. Is anyone else having this trouble?
